cf. fonction électrique : "dissipate electrostatic build up from the material"
Peer comment(s):

neutral Tony M : It is not a 'connector' in the electrical sense, the 'fonction électrique' here is purely secondary to its mechanical coupling function.

OK s'il s'agit effectivement d'une pièce ayant une fonction mécanique que l'on relie au bâti -"where applicable" - pour évacuer la charge électrostatique

raccord en inox

Although generally speaking 'raccord' might be taken as any kind of fiting / union, I think in this instance it is suitable to convey the notion of a fitting that is a coupler / connector.

I suppose you might use 'connecteur', but I'm not sure that would be better or even quite right? It does really depend a bit on exactly what form it takes.

accouplement en acier inoxydable

See also "coupleur en acier inoxydable"

As far as I know this is a general mechanical equipment term, not a specific medical equipment term.

neutral Tony M : Yes, but we don't know for sure if this is a mechanical coupler; in EN, that would probably more likely be a 'coupling'; 'coupler' could also be for pipes etc.
