I am translating an analysis of the Child Trespasser Statute. The expression "attractive nuisance" appears in this analysis. From the net, I understand that this is a well-know legal expression, used as a base for suing. Therefore, I don't want to just translate it verbally.
I'd like to know the proper legal term for this in Hebrew.
