If a person sells an article to a purchaser in response to a request for a food of a kind for which a standard is prescribed by or under regulations made under this Act or by any food standard, the first-mentioned person shall be deemed to sell a food of that kind and under such description as is specified in subsection (1) unless that person clearly notifies the purchaser at the time of sale that the article is not of that kind.

: I wonder whether "by or under" are simply intensifiers and need not be translated separately, as you have done.
