Russian term

д/нз

Russian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
In a list of companies being bought and sold, there are entries as follows:

Фирма А
д/нз
Фирма Б
д/з, право собственности переоформленно

I don't know what the "д/з" stands for either, so pointers in this direction would also be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

pure guess "документы не заполнены"? или "документы не зарегистрированы"?

Посмотрите хорошенько, в документе должна быть расшифровка, иначе смело шлите вопрос тем, кто прислал этот текст :)

tax credit

денежно-налоговый зачёт = tax credit

a direct reduction in tax liability (not dependent on the taxpayer's tax bracket)

A tax credit is a sum deducted from the total amount a taxpayer owes to the state. A tax credit may be granted for various types of taxes, such as an income tax, property tax, or VAT. It may be granted in recognition of taxes already paid, as a subsidy, or to encourage investment or other behaviors.

Note from asker:
Thanks, but I have Multitran, too, and it is not very definitive in this instance. Mind you, neither is the source text, so I think I will resort to a translator's note. Thank you for looking

Договор (не заключен) - contract is not executed

А ещё может быть вариант "дело не закрыто" - file is (not) closed
