Discussion

Tatiana Bejan (asker) May 30, 2014:

non-payment

It would seem...

or "unpaid amount"...

I think that the original text is poorly written; I would omit the comma.

I think that I might put a full stop after "esta factura" and start a new sentence with "si se produce" - "If this occurs after payment of the commission, the same/equivalent amount..."
Note from asker:
How would you include "non-payment" in the sentence? That coma gives me headaches!
The coma after "el no cobro".
I thought so! It had no meaning, I wanted a second opinion. Is the comma necessary after "después del pago"?
Thank you very much. Very kind of you. Have a great evening!

payment outstanding

Si se produce; if payment occurs. Follows on more smoothly than a default or a dishonour....
