The sale of any units shall only be deemed to have been paid if said payment was made within 30 days of the maturity

Gracias nuevamente

I don't fully understand the Spanish, and I wonder if it's oddly worded. The idea is presumably that if the goods have been delivered but not paid for after 30 days, the buyer is in default and the seller can demand the return of the goods, or sue the buyer. But I don't think any of the answers so far quite works - you pay for the goods, not the sale.

neutral philgoddard : Sorry, but this doesn't make sense - you can't pay a sale.

disagree Giovanni Rengifo : Phil made a good point here. "pay a sale" is not correct.

payment for the sale of...shall only be deemed effectively made when within...

I think the affirmative works best here too.
Peer comment(s):

agree Giovanni Rengifo : I like your wording, but "efectivamente" means "actually" here "not effectively."
