I am translating an employment report regarding occupational risks and am struggling with how to translate 'titulo' in this sentence:

The text refers to Article 487 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, in which it states that employees who suffer an accident at work are entitled to:

La indemnización fijada en el presente Titulo

Can titulo just be translated as 'act' in this context?
