Bisher ging ich davon aus, dass Umsatzsteuer in Deutschland die Mehrwertsteuer für Unternehmen ist

Im Polnischen bezeichnet man wohl beides als VAT.
Wie nun aber, wenn wir im Polnischen das Gesetz haben "Ustawa o podatku od towarów i usług" (Mehrwertsteuergesetz) und Umsatzsteuer wörtlich eigentlich podatek obrotowy ist? Wie übersetzen wir dann z.B. Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß §19 Umsatzsteuergesetz?

: eben - geht nicht anders, bei uns (DE) wird beim Kauf von MWSt. und beim Betrieb von USt. gesprochen, was aber im Endeffekt dasselbe ist :)
