Dutch term

Ger. ben. partij

Dutch to English Law/Patents Law (general)
Taken from an "Overzicht van een Zaak". There are a numer of sections to the right of the form without any real context:

Open plichten: 0
Sectie: B
Ger. Ben. Partij: 0
Bezwaarschr.: 0

All that follows is the name and details of the person involved.
Proposed translations (English)
1 gerede/gerechtigde; benadeelde

gerede/gerechtigde; benadeelde

Total guess.

Ger: gerede (party taking the initiative, or gerechtigde (party entitled)
Ben: benadeelde (aggrieved/injured party)

Both options work with 'partij' although I haven't found any occurrences where they feature together.
