Does anyone know the correct term for "kwiteren" in the context given below? The entry in the Legal Lexicon reads "to receipt", but I'm wondering if that is the correct term to use here.

I think it does mean receipt (as in Jurlex) - as in to give a receipt for them - which would be the next logical step after requesting them and receiving them.
