This contract is an agreement between {Renter}, who will be renting a house from {Owner},
who owns the house being rented. This arrangement will begin on {date} and will end on {date}.
The rent for this house will be {rent}. This amount must be paid on {date} every month. Late
payments will incur a fee of {fee}. A deposit in the amount of {deposit} will be held for the
duration of the lease and will be returned to the renter within one month after the keys are
surrendered.
The major rules regarding this house are as follows: {house rental rules, concerning pets,
smoking, and other major violations}. By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges that
a complete list of these rules has been provided to him or her, and that the renter has read and
understood these rules.
The owner has a right to enter the house with an advanced notice of 24 hours for any reason. In
an emergency, owner may violate this right and enter immediately. Emergencies include those
instances in which the property is in immediate danger, such as from a fire or flood.
The renter will make his or her best effort to keep the house in good condition. No major
alterations will be made to the house without prior discussion with the owner. This includes
painting, changes to the lawns, and installation of any permanent changes. All maintenance for
the house will be taken care of by the owner, and the tenant must notify the owner immediately
of maintenance required.
Utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. The renter will set up and shut down all utilities.
This includes water, electric, and gas. Trash services is provided by {trash} and will be paid by
the tenant.
Signing this agreement implies full understanding of the above conditions and the rental
agreement. This agreement cannot be altered without full informed consent in writing provided
by both parties. In certain cases of violation, the tenant may be required to vacate without appeal.

La manutenzione completa dell’immobile sarà a carico del proprietario, ed il conduttore deve informare immediatamente lo stesso della necessità di manutenzione.
Le utenze saranno responsabilità del conduttore, il quale dovrà attivarle e disattivarle. Tali utenze includono acqua, elettricità e fornitura di gas. Il servizio di raccolta rifiuti è fornito da {nome servizio} e sarà pagato dal conduttore.
La firma del presente accordo implica la comprensione nella loro interezza delle condizioni sopraelencate e dell’accordo di locazione. Source text - English In the country’s Deep South Dawei in Tanintharyi Region, the deaths and injuries came in the morning.
At least four people were shot dead and around 40 injured in a violent assault by riot police on anti-coup protesters.
At midday, a bystander on a motorcycle died after being shot in the head by police during a crackdown on a protest in Mandalay. Several people, including a youth volunteer helping protesters, were shot and injured. A woman who was just walking down the street was shot into the head and died on the spot in the evening.
Like their counterparts in Yangon, protesters in Mandalay took more defensive approaches when confronted by security forces. Equipping themselves with hard hats, goggles and gas masks, they erected roadblocks with everything they could find to keep the charging riot police and soldiers away. Some brave souls armed themselves with rackets to hit the flying teargas canisters back to security forces while others simply used wet blankets to cover up smoky canisters when they landed. Protest-related deaths, injuries and arrests were also reported in Bago and Magwe Regions.

Source text - English Computers are now able to make operational decisions faster and with fewer errors than humans. This has led to the wide-scale implementation of digital automation to direct human workers through their workflow. This has increased productivity; yet, the substantial human cost has, so far, gone largely unchecked.
With increasing automation in warehouses, for example, there is a correlative decline in employee wellbeing due to an increased demand for productivity and the inability of the employee to critically intervene in their workflow without sanction.
For instance, when warehouse workers at Amazon do not collect a specific quota of orders determined by an automated computer program, they can be automatically fired. The pressure of expected productivity forces warehouse workers to follow directions without fail; to become the arms and legs of an external, machine-intelligence.
Translation - Italian I computer sono ora in grado di prendere decisioni operative più velocemente e con meno errori degli esseri umani. Questo ha portato all'implementazione su larga scala dell’automazione digitale per guidare i lavoratori in carne e ossa nel flusso di lavoro.
