neutral  Yvonne Gallagher: not just hospital "departments" as "outpatients" probably meant and "establishment" too ambiguous

any place where an individual receives health care

Explanation:
care setting A generic UK term for any place where an individual receives health care—e.g., hospital, care home with nursing, care home, or home.
https://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/care settin...

The term healthcare setting represents a broad array of services and places where healthcare occurs, including acute care hospitals, urgent care centers, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, specialized outpatient services (e.g., hemodialysis, dentistry, podiatry, chemotherapy, endoscopy, and pain management clinics), and outpatient surgery centers.

agree  Yvonne Gallagher: yes, that covers it. From outpatient departments to health clinics, community care centres, nursing homes etc. where people can get info. The fact it's a "health company" probably means they offer information in private rather than public settings

the place or type of surroundings where something is positioned or where an event takes place.
"a romantic house in a wonderful setting beside the River Wye"

"scenario" is ambiguous enough to cover all bases in your context IMO
