MIF files, missing content when merging back the translation

Hello,

I'm translating some Adobe Framemaker files by generating OmegaT Project through Okapi Framework. The problem is that when I merge the translation back to the mif files, some tables are missing. The table's content is correctly extracted, but I can't merge it back.

Did anyone face a bug like this before? How did you solve this?

I appreciate any insight you can give me.
