I'm not sure the correct translation of 'eventualmente' here - "eventualmente deberá cancelar estas multas"

agree  Robert Carter: Interesting, so it's synonymous with "en su caso". Given it's misuse (or novel use) in Spanish, it's probably not a good idea to use it in this kind of construction though.//I meant it's novel use in Spanish as "eventually", per Marcel's ref.
