As a resident of Chile - and owner of a property that has a "rol de avalúo" - I can confirm that it is the unique* "property registration number" as per the answer from Rosa Paredes in Lorena's link to a previous question.

In Chile, "rol" refers to a "number", not a "register", as for example in:
RUT - Rol Único Tributario / Tax ID Number
RUN - Rol Único Nacional / National ID Number

You are dealing with a typo here, it should be rol de avalúo, please see:
