separate foul and surface water sewers
Explanation:
The foul sewer is designed to carry contaminated wastewater to a sewage works for treatment, whereas the surface water sewer carries uncontaminated rainwater directly to a local river, stream or soakaway.

agree  Kim Metzger: In the US we would call them separate wastewater and stormwater systems. /I worked on a water/wastewater training program for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

-> Thanks for the alternative version. Asker is in Brazil, so that may well be the preferred variant.

neutral  Johannes Gleim: This is not the term, but the description. // Please do not adopt suggestions without verifying on beforehand. Your first proposal was better, even it has less Ghits than my proposals. // No rephrasing, but research.

-> I'm not sure why you feel it necessary or appropriate to rephrase my answer after 24 hours have elapsed. You have missed out the vital information (foul and surface water) explaining the nature of these two systems (plural).

separate sewer system (separate seweage)

Explanation:

Sewage treatment is less effective when sanitary waste is diluted with stormwater, and combined sewer overflows occur when runoff from heavy rainfall or snowmelt exceeds hydraulic capacity of sewage treatment plants.[3] To overcome these disadvantages, some cities built separate sanitary sewers to collect only municipal wastewater and exclude stormwater runoff collected in separate storm drains. The decision between a combined sewer system or two separate systems is mainly based on need for sewage treatment and cost of providing treatment during heavy rain events. Many cities with combined sewer systems built prior to sewage treatment have not replaced those sewer systems.[4]
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanitary_sewer

Separate sewerage consists in the separate collection of municipal wastewaters (blackwater from toilets, greywater and industrial wastewater) and surface run-off (rainwater and stormwater). The separate collection prevent the overflow of sewer systems and treatment stations during rainy periods and the mixing of the relatively little polluted surface run-off with chemical and microbial pollutants from the municipal wastewater. The design of the sewers and the (semi-)centralised treatment stations thus needs to consider the volume of the wastewater only and the surface run-off and rainwater can be reused (e.g. for landscaping or agriculture) after a simplified treatment.

A separate sewer system consists of two different sewer pipes running one on top of the other, or “piggyback.” In most instances, the sanitary pipe is below the storm pipe. The sanitary sewer pipe transports sanitary sewage collected from the laterals (plumbing connections) of homes, businesses, and industry to treatment plants. The stormwater sewer pipe carries water collected from street inlets, building downspouts, and other storm sewer lines to a nearby receiving stream and is discharged through a Stormwater Outfall.

Abstract
This paper aims at comparing the cost-effectiveness of the two main types of urban drainage systems, that is, the combined sewer system and the separate sewer system, based on the analysis of simulations.

This answer is valid for sewer systems, but not for water supply (separation between potable water and industrial water systems).

Der Begriff „Trennwassersystem“ ist sehr selten. Üblicherweise spricht man von Trennsysteme. Nachfolgend weiter Links:

Trennkanalisation - Trennsystem
(separate sewer system, separate sewer)
http://www.wasser-wissen.de/abwasserlexikon/t/trennkanalisat...

• Trennsystem (separate sewer system)
• Mischsystem (combined sewer system)
