I used memoQ for some days without problem. I bought a new license today. My grid became smaller and smaller, until it disappeared. Does anyone know what to do?
BTW: Kilgray support answered with "you do not have valid support agreement" or similar. Hilarious.

You should get one year's support included when you buy a licence, but if you didn't buy it directly from Kilgray, they don't necessarily know you have a contract.
I would upload the invoice to the ticket so they can see you have a contract.

In any case, this is not something that can be sorted out in a Proz forum. You clearly need to point out to their support that you have in fact paid them for a licence. Their support does have its occasional glitches, so I'm not really surprised, but I'm sure they'll get it right – eventually.

Please close memoQ, go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\MemoQ\ and delete the following files: Preferences.xml DockLayoutConfigs.bin Preferences-editor.xml Preferences-layout.xml Preferences-lookup.xml.
